With out personal travel insurance is difficult for adventure trip in Himalayas so you can take out your travel insurance policy, make sure it covers trekking in mountain regions, evacuation and any other activities you may want to undertake in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, India and Pakistan. Normally , Nepal based trekking or travel agency can’t provide the travel insurance for foreign travelers/ Trekkers/mountaineers because of we haven’t rule and regulation to provide the travel insurance which is cover for helicopter rescue, evacuation or covers for trekking in Himalaya region thus travelers / trekker should bring the personal travel insurance before their travel to Nepal.
Travelers/ Trekkers personal insurance should covers for helicopter rescue, evacuation or covers for trekking in Himalaya region and every trekkers/mountaineers should leave a copy of travel insurance in our company than after we can send the helicopter rescue if incase of accident or high altitude sickness while they are in Nepal Himalaya trekking , tour or mountaineering. Before your adventure trip to Himalaya will be better to registered your details your respective Embassy in Nepal .
